 Thank you for your business. We appreciate your support and respect your time. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please review our cancellation, refund, reschedule, and deposit policy below. 

Cancellation, refund,reschedule &deposit policy


  • A deposit is required to reserve your appointment. This must be paid within 48 hours of booking, or your appointment may be canceled. 
  • Deposits are non-refundable. However, if you reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be transferred to a new date.
  • You may reschedule once within 30 days of the original appointment. After that period, the deposit will be forfeited.
  • If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, your deposit will be forfeited.
  • No refunds are provided for services that have already been rendered.
  • In cases of inclement weather, appointments may be rescheduled at our discretion, and your deposit will remain secured.
