Cancellation, refund,reschedule &deposit policy
A deposit is required to reserve your appointment. This must be paid within 48 hours of booking, or your appointment may be canceled.
Deposits are non-refundable. However, if you reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be transferred to a new date.
You may reschedule once within 30 days of the original appointment. After that period, the deposit will be forfeited.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, your deposit will be forfeited.
No refunds are provided for services that have already been rendered.
In cases of inclement weather, appointments may be rescheduled at our discretion, and your deposit will remain secured.
